Research

Every day, we push the boundaries of electronics and computer science. There is no shortage of discoveries at FEE - we have state-of-the-art laboratories, cutting-edge know-how, and enthusiastic students who join research teams every year to deliver fresh ideas and innovative designs.

Diversity of tech teams

Team diversity is not just a question of ethics but also of innovation and economic potential of the institution, its students, and their future employers. Moreover, diverse teams mean diverse ideas. FEE addresses topics such as electromobility, artificial intelligence, Smart Cities, Smart Homes, eHealth, IoT, internet safety, 5G networks and the integration of robots into work processes and services. All of these areas bring significant changes to people’s lives worldwide. Therefore, the faculty aims to create a conducive environment for experts and professionals with different backgrounds to help develop technologies to serve different target groups.

Faculty life

We balance work with various faculty events where the community of students, teachers and scientists of FEE can meet. Every academic year starts with a Concert for Freshmen where you can listen to bands consisting of our teachers and students. You can practise dance moves at the annual FEE Ball or enjoy two open air music festivals organised by CTU in Prague.

Students Associations

The students themselves organise student associations, societies, and clubs. Through these, the students can share common interests, spend their free time, and create memorable experiences with their peers.

Sport

As a student at FEE, you can use the facilities of the Institute of Physical Education and Sport at CTU in Prague. You can choose from a vast range of activities: fitness training, swimming, tennis, wall climbing, volleyball, archery, power yoga, table tennis, geocaching, and more.

In summer and winter, you can take part in training courses such as windsurfing, boating, cycling, yoga. In short, you can do almost anything you can think of.
